BEING UNCONVENTIONAL IS WHAT WE DO BEST.
Although like everybody else, we too use conventional qualitative research tools. 
We also embrace collaborative methodology, technics in communication and understanding that encourage the co-creation of solutions.
All that takes into account multiple points of view and custom-made approaches in accordance to each new project.
We practice conscious listening and observation.
Via reflexive questioning, we enhance the opening of channels so that the unexpected can occur, which more often than not goes beyond initially expected.

Do you know the feeling when you just have to stop everything you are doing, take a deep breathe in order to think clearly? Well, it’s seems as if Rê doesn’t need to do that... She is blessed with the natural zen to make things happen. She’s lived for 4 years in Germany, where her fascination for human behaviour and cultural diversity emerged. Following that, it’s been 14 years of experience in market research at L’Oréal and in partnership with research institutes such as IBOPE, TNS, Enfoque and IPSOS. Rê holds a Psychology Degree from PUC-RJ, a Post Graduation in Morphologic Qualitative Research at Rheingold Institut in Germany and a Masters Degree in Social Property and Cultural Projects from FGV-RJ. She is also certified from Gaia Education Design for Sustainability Programs.

Ju is the "go-to-girl”, one of those people who handles  everything and then a little bit more. While we are still asking ourselves how to get started, she has already finished an analysis, worked things out with a partner provider, played with the kids and also had time to workout, play pandeiro and participate in tennis classes. She holds a Social Communication Degree, a Marketing MBA Degree from ESPM-RJ and is post graduated in Market Research from UERJ. She is curious by nature and extremely interested in ‘others’ and in what leads to diversity in thinking, acting and consuming. Ju has worked for 15 years in Market Research, Consumer Behaviour and Marketing in companies from different sectors and sizes of scale. Among these are TV Globo, L’Oréal, Beleza Natural, IBOPE, Globosat.
